Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new lighting control systems that were installed at four of our parks. The transition was seamless, as we had no issues with the installation which allowed for no downtime in lighting amenities at these parks. Prior to the new system we were manually turning on and turning off ball diamond lights, with the new wireless system, we now can program lights from our office. The system was easy to learn and very user friendly. In the event of a power surge/outage, system will automatically turn lights off at midnight, as a result, we will no longer receive calls from residents about lights being left on throughout the night. I wanted you to know how pleased we are with the new system.

About 4 years ago we linked up with Wireless Telematics lighting control for our new community, multi-sport, field turf field. It made life easy for the volunteers scheduling the lights to go on and off for the different community groups. It is very user friendly and we can schedule the lights or turn them on and off from a computer, ipad, phone or whatever you have….and I am sometimes 3,000 miles away and responding to requests for more time to be added. On the rare occasion when we have had a problem due to power failures in the area, the support, by email and phone has been immediate, professional, friendly and successful. And, the price is right. I highly you recommend you give them a try.

The Wireless Telematics Lighting Control box allowed us to serve our community much more efficiently than personnel ever could. We use the Telematics box to control the lighting at one of our multi-sport facilities. Different groups use the facility each day at different times. The Telematics box allows us to schedule lighting daily to fit the needs of the group. We had limited staff hours available and a large number of those hours were utilized having a staff member turn on and turn off those lights daily. Lights were being turned on too early or being left on too long depending on the availability of the staff member and the reservation time of the group. The Telematics box solved both the staffing and lighting issues. It also freed up those to be better utilized in another program or facility. The ease with which you can use the Wireless Telematics system is worth every penny. Schedules can be set from a desktop computer, a tablet/laptop, and even a smart phone. I regularly use my smart phone to verify and adjust schedules as needed.
